Our Story
The problem we set out to solve has not changed. A company in the United States, Germany or the United Kingdom discovers that a mark it has used for years is already registered in China by someone else. Or a supplier has quietly filed the design. By the time the company hears about it, the first-to-file clock has already run.
What we do
Registration, opposition, refusal review, renewal, Madrid System filing and watch monitoring.
Civil litigation, administrative investigation and raid coordination when a warning letter is no longer enough.
Where We File
Each of these markets has its own office, its own examination practice and its own deadlines. We work in all seven, with China as the primary market.

Credentials
Every claim on this page is checkable. These three are the ones that matter most when you are choosing an IP law firm from another country.
The International Trademark Association, the global body for trademark owners and practitioners. Membership gives our clients access to cross-border referral counsel and current filing practice.
The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, which works on the harmonisation of IP law across jurisdictions. Relevant to any client filing in more than one country.
Where we are
Shenzhen sits beside the export corridor. New Delhi covers Indian prosecution. Hong Kong handles customs and enforcement. The locations are not decorative.

How it works
Send the mark, the goods, the countries and any deadline you already know about. If a squatter has already filed, say so. It changes the strategy immediately.
Availability search, sub-class mapping for China, and a plain answer on your odds. If your position is weak, you hear that before you spend anything.
You get the official fees and our fees separately, with the timeline. Once approved, the attorney on your file prepares and submits the application.
Publication, opposition windows, office actions and renewals are tracked on our side. You are told what is coming before it becomes urgent.
No. You do not need a subsidiary, office or address in China. Foreign applicants file through a licensed Chinese agency — our CNIPA code is 44804 — using a Power of Attorney you sign in your own country. Your rights are identical to a domestic Chinese applicant's.
Typically 9–12 months from filing to certificate. Formal examination takes 1–2 months, substantive examination 5–8 months, then a 3-month publication window. From 1 January 2027 that publication window shortens to 2 months under China's revised Trademark Law.
